A certificate proves you attended. It doesn't prove you can inject with confidence, run a clinic day unsupervised, or bring in your first clients. That's the gap the apprenticeship is built to close.

Foundation Week: Five days, hands-on
An intensive, in-clinic week covering the full toolkit you'll use in practice — taught hands-on with live models, small groups and expert tutor guidance throughout, with real emphasis on consultation, assessment and safety.

Month One: Full clinic immersion
Two full clinic days (Saturday & Sunday) treating a wide range of clients and indications under direct expert tutor supervision, with real-time feedback and technique refinement. This is where the foundation week turns into flow, adaptability and real-world confidence.

Month Two: Advanced skills & business
A full weekend that splits the clinical from the commercial. Saturday is a dedicated Advanced Lip masterclass (Russian Lip technique): anatomy, product selection, shape and balance, safety and supervised practical treatments. Sunday is business building — setup and growth strategy, pricing and positioning, client journey and retention, branding, content and systems for sustainable growth.

Month Three: Tailored to you
The final mentorship weekend is completely personalised, shaped by your confidence, tutor assessment and goals — and includes the Russian Lip masterclass. It might mean more clinic days, further injection refinement, advanced technique development, business troubleshooting, or a combined clinical and business approach.
